Refund Policy - the basics
For an item being defective we would need proof of mechanical failure before the return delivery was made but we highly encourage you to get the manufacturer warranty. Our returns are limited to mechanical failure and if the warranty is obtained this would be covered under that warranty. Any return of appliance or getting a reimbursement of payment would need to be authorized prior to return of item.
Disclaimer
In many cases our refrigerators will be able to obtain a manufacturer's warranty with receipt. We cannot guarantee that all appliances will be awarded a manufacturer warranty but if you call in with model and serial number, they will be able to tell you whether the item will be eligible.
